Minimum Requirements

• Based in the United States. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Must scan/fax a signed non-disclosure agreement

• Minimum 1 year previous experience as a cPanel systems administrator
• FLUENCY with ALL ASPECTS of cPanel REQUIRED
• FLUENCY with CentOS and Fedora Core REQUIRED
• EXCELLENT spoken and written English

Job Information
Starting Pay Rate: $1.50 Per Ticket *
Probationary Period: 30 Days

Duties Include:
* Using our helpdesk to provide technical support to customers
* Replying to all tickets during your shift within 30 minutes.
* Support issues of all complexity (Level 1-3) for cPanel shared/reseller customers
* Support issues of all complexity (Level 1-3) for dedicated server customers using cPanel
* Escalating customer reboot requests to the datacenter, then determining the cause of the crash and fixing it.
* Other support related tasks as assigned by the management team.

NOTE: We realize that the starting pay is not a lot. However, after your probationary period, we will conduct a review of your performance and increase your pay based on performance.
