I have a Clean and Minimalistic layout made by myself which I am willing to sell. Its General Business Themed but It could be used for nearly any kind of website. I have chosen a Software Company to put "a bit of life" into the design.

- None of the design links below are html coded. The two Main Page versions are just Javascript coded to create the rollovers and the Subpage versions not even that. The buyer will get the html code and the rollover done for each page -

The price includes:

- .psd file and html code for the Main Page.

- 4 .psd files for the four Subpages versions and html code for 2 of them. (you choose which ones you want coded)

- Javascript Code for the rollovers included in all the html pages.

- FULL AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS, which means that The design has NOT been Sold before and will NOT be Sold never again, and that after purchasing You Own the design and you can do whatever you want with it.

That's a rather bizarre way of saying, next time take a screen shot of the designs as people may rip them. I've never quite understood the thinking though, as if people are going to rip them, they are going to rip them, before or after the sale, and that has little to do with people who are honest and who aren't thieves who pay for the rights to own and use creative works.
