Windows seems to tell me that a bit, but I never listen, nor do I ever have a problem running the program.

I used to open the program as well and usually got away without a reboot. But one time I installed a new virus program, didn't reboot and I really :fork:'ed over my system. That was pretty stupid, but now I just stay on the safe side :o:
