Shopping Around for New Host

I just discovered this website today :-) I am currently looking for a new hosting company. My current company has had some major uptime issues that are driving me crazy! I can't possibly guarantee my clients uptime if my host can't guarantee me uptime!

Here is my wish list for all of you to see. Hopefully someone can match (at least most). I am looking around $50 per month. Maybe a little more (and certainly less) for the right fit.

Do not need adult content capabilities - I have a lot of religious organizations for clients - probably wouldn't be a good idea ;-)

Need a price lock as best as possible. In addition, I will need support, including issues with my client's accounts that I can't handle on my own. If possible, answers within 24 hours (max) would be great.

I would also like 2 IPs (one exclusively for myself, one for all of my clients), with the ability to add more for a small fee (per client request).

There is potential for my migration to a managed, dedicated server within 1-2 years as well.

I would go with a dedicated server now, but I'm just not sure I could handle it. Suggestions welcome as well!

99.5% uptime is a reasonable expectation. I could meet your requirements for $100 CAD (=$75 US) and uptime would be 99.9+%.
