Do you a virtual account with them or a dedicated?
How much are you paying? Monthly or yearly?
Any downtime? When and why?
They provide support through email and telephone only?

it's not in the wrong forum - we're not advertising them we're recommending.. and this is the experiences and recommendations forum so nothing wrong with that.

I got a dedicated account... They charge monthly - the amount we pay is classified information.. Don't remember any downtime - maybe a minute or 2 when they reset a server but that's it. - Hey anyone of you recall FindSP.com being down? I don't think so :)



Support is provided by ICQ email and phone - not that we ever need any!

Read the Sticky at the top of this forum - Chicken has posted the format to review hosts so we don't receive 1 liner "This host is great" which means absolutely nothing to anyone looking for hosting.

Well, we have yet to fully implement that, but it will happen by the end of the week. I'll contact people who have posted and ask them to reformat it soon. No worries until then...
