Host needed

ok as the title says im looking for a host for my forum.

here are some things you need to know

first no wimps need apply, my last host canceled my acount becuase microsoft (yes the big boys) complained about a post that a member made on my forum, he was offering a "backup" service and that included a few xbox games.

those games WERE NOT hosted on my account nor did the member in question have anything to do with the forum other than being a member.

I dont think my host (ex host) even bothered to check the topic in question they simply removed my account without checking.

I do not want a repeat of this with another host (new host must have a backbone), if my new host gets a complaint of some kind I expect to be told about it and expect to be able to rectify the problem, I DO NOT expect to be booted with no warning or be able to rectify it.

NO RESELLERS I want a host that answers to themselves not to someone else (been through all that before)

ok here is what im looking for in hosting terms

price on plans of 50 gig + bandwidth a month (its a popular forum and plenty of downloads)

space about 500 meg to 1 gig, offering me 2, 3, 4 etc gig of space will not impress me (I dont need it)

reliable service = some form of uptime promise (I understand sites go down now and again)

cpanel

mysql databases (at least 5)

al other standard things after this.

can chat with new host on ICQ if needed

You were hosted with us before actually. Are you talking about us, or another host you've had since us? I did notice you weren't in our forums anymore... (maybe 4 months ago I noticed) but didn't know if you had cancelled or just weren't around. That situation sounds very fishy though, we wouldn't ask you to host elsewhere because someone on your forum was chatting about anything positive or negative. All that needed to be done was to ban that member from your forum, as he/she shouldn't have been discussing that anyway to be honest. If it was us, can you PM Me some details, because I would like to know more about the situation and the technicians you spoke with. I last knew you as a happy Surpasser. :confused: I would really appreciate it if you do. And the part about just removing your account from the server? I need to know more about that. We don't even delete accounts when clients cancel, we suspend them from activity and then delete after 30 days. (teq @ surmunity)
