That's the sort of embarrassing thing parents do. I'll have to keep that one in mind. :D

My school kids seem to always murder the 'borrow' concept, such as, "Can you borrow me a pencil?" -to which someone will reply, "I gots a pencil for you!" I tell them to never mention that I'm their teacher in public, outside of the classroom.

I hate that feature, I cant disable it as its nice to have, but on an active forum :( WHOA its a pain. I got up one morning not to long ago and was going to check my email, and I walked away for a min and came back and it was still downloading emails, so I clicked the send and recieve button and seen this "now downloading 2400" something messages I about died. lol

Give Allan or Jan a PM and they'll get in touch with Patrick (user WebDev) who handles the technical issues there. I've seen this on WHT as well as other forums... have to figure out some mySQL things to be sure it doesn't happen here, heh :D

I administer some high-volume MySQL DB's. Make sure you up the number of connections from the default. There's a great online tutorial on optimizing MySQL -- I'll see if I can find it. Also, if you don't have the Paul DuBois book, make sure you pick it up.
