Any suggestions on a spot that will create me a nice professional business card and print them off?

If you're a DIYer, http://www.vistaprint.com is a good place with reasonable prices ($20 for 250). Some think the cards are too cookie cutter, but I got together a nice design using one of their card designs and my own logos.
Might want to search the forum as well; I know this has been discussed before.

I refuse to use vistaprint because of the amount of spam that they and their affiliates send out.
You would probably be better off using something local.

Do a google search for vistaprint and spam and you will find many examples of people who are less than pleased with their business ethics.
back to the original question?

I too would recommend VistaPrint. I'm quite sure that few local print shops are able to offer similarly high-quality printing on 80 lb. card stock with such low prices. (And with their color templates, your business cards are "kind of" color instead of black and white; look really nice.)
And for those in Canada, here's the good news: I got this flyer from the mail (yes, snail mail) a couple of weeks ago and they are running a half price (a real one) promotion:

By the way, I have ordered twice from them but don't recall getting any spam.

I think the SPAM issues are related to their "Tell a friend" and affiliate features that some are using to send SPAM. VistaPrint itself don't appear to be SPAMING, but seem to be lax in removing affiliate accounts that do SPAM.
FWIW, I have attached my business card created at VistaPrint. Looks professional, IMO, and the logos printed extremely professional-looking on the paper product.

I bought from Vistaprint.com - no spam issues. You do have to be wary of clicking on links they include in their confirmation emails. If they offer you a "special offer" or something - don't click the link or they will charge you for it automatically.
i signed up with a special email address so that will alert me if i get anything extra from them...
You could try http://www.gotprint.com - a friend of mine uses them all the time to print flyers. They are a little slow, but quality and service are very good. Prices are very competetive.

I remember starting a big thread on business cards a while back. Try searching the forum for it.
www.postcardpress.com will print full-color glossy business cards for $60 (1000). You can design and send them the digital file (email, upload, etc.)
www.sharpdots.com is another one. I haven't personally used them before. I've used postcardpress and they do excellent work.

You want your business cards look professional - not cheap. You would make the opposite impression your way.

We design it ourselves and use gotprint.com to print them.
Good quality and the price is great.

I would recomend IPrint.com, they do very good quality raised ink business cards, with custom logos, and custom designs.

I would recommend Vistaprint as well. I've used them several times for business and post cards and you can't beat their price/quality ratio. Before my last purchase from them I became their affiliate and I got 50% discount for my post card order - I got 1,000 oversized business post cards for a little over $100. Anybody can become their affiliate and take advantage of the discounts that their affiliate program offers.
I've never received SPAM from Vistaprint either.
We get them done locally at kinkos for raised ink, they get set off takes 3 days i believe.
