Is it just me who is really annoyed with the current situation the company has put its customers in?

We have all been waiting for about 5 months for updates, we have been promised that the new release will be released 3 or 4 times, each time the data has come we hear nothing till a few days later and its that there has been a delay!

I'm fairly certain that Perlbill only has 1 person, John. I've delt with him in the past and while the replies take a while (2-3 days), he's always been professional.
