Howdy,

I'm looking for a program that will install apache/mysql/php/perl onto my computer for local testing. Phptriad and others are outdated, or seem to be. Are there any (free) updated ones?

Thanks

I trust you're talking about Windows. The was another product but I forget the name. I think it's on Sourceforge.

My preference is to insall them all individually. Then you know where you are. This is a good resource:

You could also try

Foxserve (http://www.foxserv.net/portal_database.php?action=view&fid=23&cid=1&PHPSESSID=1dcda6e4bdff3582573bb4e648c281e2) Robert.

Hi Don't know if you have gone with one of the others or not.

I like and use this one (http://www.apachefriends.org/index-en.html)

Works for me and gets updated regularly.

Also their is this one which is really small download.

Mini Server (http://miniserver.sourceforge.net/)

Foxserv is a beauty, although it installs an older version of PHP (4.2?). Otherwise, very simple.
