Hello. I am looking for a site re-design for www.xwho.com...and am entertaining bids. My budget is under $50... but would pay more if I can make payments (wife and I are on fixed budget until I get my biz off the ground).

I worked on the current site myself but it got ripped apart in the website reviews section, so I'm moving on... I got a lot of good comments on it from my current customers, but I guess I'm just not hip enough or something. Anyway...

Requirements:

1. Exclusive Rights, Custom Design - No Templates (don't even offer them to me). PSDs, fonts, HTML, everything. :)
2. Dreamweaver - Ready (already in template form a big plus, but not necessary)
3. No dark colors... I want bright and clean, not dark and dreary.
4. Would like a simple flash header but would be willing to trade that for a complete logo/identity design package. Something unique that involves something more than a ring around something or circles interweaving. It's been done.
5. Main page and sub-page design.
6. Open to all good ideas.

Giving me multiple options is a plus, too

Like I said my budget is <=$50, but would pay more if I can make payments (like 5x20 or something). I am also willing to make payment via outsourcing some of the design contracts I already have to you or your company. I have three in queue right now, one of which the company has budgeted more than $500 for.

I am willing to outsource these projects in exchange for a complete professional redesign/identity package of my site.

Please respond via PM with your offers and please don't bother responding if you don't have a portfolio...

Thanks!
