Are you guys want to try online ticket system? You pay a monthly fee (ex. $5/m) and your staff/admin/customers will access their site to do the job. Do you know such kind of site? I think it's flexible.

Is there a online ticket system in the market? You needn't to install a ticket software on your server. Just apply a company account from ticket service provider, and redirect your customer to Ticket provider's system, you also logon to their system to monitor and reply the ticket. I think this keep me clean and easy, I get flexibility as well.
