Is this a spam request?

Not sure if this goes here or the business discussions but here goes. I own a non-targetted advertising agency, and I do get quiet a few interesting emails. This is a snip about a info request some sent me today:

I would like to inquire if you do emailings to the lists you already own.


Now I'm not sure exactly what he means, but is he asking for a list of emails to spam?

Not sure what that means exactly. I'd send a quick note about what you DO do and ask if you can help him in any way.


Note: The kids always love when I say a sentence with two do's in a row. They think it's so funny! Pfffft... 3rd graders!
