2 new moderators...

2 new moderators have been added:

Elevation
> General (all)

Operator
>Billing & Payment Processing
>Customer Service

Elevation was asked due to her exceptional manners on the forum, her willingness to help (above and beyond), and I just thought she'd make a great addition (also nice to have a female perspective on things). I'd like to add at least two other females, preferably who live in time zones other than the ones we live in for better coverage and international flavor.

Operator presented a strong case in regards to his abilities and interests, and is extremely qualified to lead the areas above. If he doesn't mind, I'll post what he PM'ed me.

Please welcome them, and if you have any questions, soon they will be able to help you out. :D
