Just a question..
if you had to chose only one directory - which one would it be and why?
Also please ignore traffic... I'm interested in usuabilty and features...
Looking forward hearing from you.]
This question goes to users and hosts !
You mean a hosting directory?
If this is what you mean then, forgive me for that, but for sure I won't select yours. Poor service, no answers to support emails. I've sent about 5 emails months ago and I got no reply. Sorry for posting this way on your question but since you've ignored me then I couldn't stop myself now.
Regards.

Hello Mike
I'm sorry to hear that if you could contact me via email or ICQ 14305771 I'd like to hear more information about the problem you're experiencing with our site, I'm sur that there is some explanation to it - because we answer EVERY SINGLE email we receive other than SPAM of course.
By they way in the post I asked wehich dir would you choose, not which dir you wouldn't choose.
Looking forward hearing from you.
;)
Yes, you're right, sorry for the off topic post. Sorry again.
About my issue I have nothing to discuss about it anymore, since I consider the issue "resolved". It's normal that I have expressed only my personal opinion, and I have no doubts that others can be happy with your service.
And responding to your question : Being around and searching the directories for more than 3 years, I have made my opinion, and at the moment I couldn't say that I would choose one (at least from those that I know). All these directories give me the feeling that are not trasparent, too much related to their sponsors. I always wanted an indipendent directory and even without ads supported by a community or something like that (difficult yes I know) but it could be the correct solution. So at the moment I avoid submitting my services to similar directories. I mean first the directories should care about trasparency before features and the rest. It's the main priority for me.

I like HostSearch.com, professional and they are helpful when it comes to advertising although I wont be advertising there again, poor results. Get more clickthroughs just from searches there than advertising.
Its a tough call for me, since I am not a host I can't answer from that perspective, and from a consumer perspective I pretty much find what I need from here and other hosting forums. Sorry that I can't be more helpful.
