Streaming Video

I've been doing alot of work out in my shop recently. I have my DSS box out there. I watch some tv out there but I also want to stream the video from out there into my house. The two computers I want to stream between are both on the same network, and I can do basicly anything to change it so that I can stream across. Is there any free or cheap software out there that would make this easy. I would prefer something web based. Thanks for any input.

Figured it out. For anyone who was wondering, I just used Windows Media Encoder to do it. Goto session->new->custom session and you can figure it out from there pretty kewl though :D.
