I got a few questions to ask. Which service you guys think are the best.
1. My service is [/EDITED by Moderator] an e-book.
2. I do not need a built in affiliate programs like *********, but it's a plus. Which one has it?
3. I do not need an ACH to an American bank account, but it's a plus.
4. In the beginning of my set up, chance is I'll send package to customer manually. Of course, eventually I need a system to automatically send a customer a thank you letter, their username and password, download instruction, etc. Can eventually my business be automated if I use your service? Remember different users will have different username and passwords!
5. I live and operate from Indonesia. Sending cheques to Indonesia is acceptable too.
6. We do not use email to promote our e-book. Latter when we may have some affiliates. Although not required, we strongly prefer third party credit card processor that actively kick out affiliate that spam, etc. rather than just using it to justify to take our money. Of course, we will actively do that too. However, when my business grows big, chance is one or two mouse will manage to escape for a while. In short, we'll do what's reasonable to stop SPAM but we prefer not to get punished too heavily on something beyond our control.
7. I wonder how I can differentiate sign up from one source to traffic from the sources.
