Xcart: Trouble logging into Admin

A client has been using Xcart with no problems. A couple of days ago, he tried to add some new products, but it would not let him log into admin. No errors....it simply takes him back to the same point he began:


Welcome to the Administrative zone
After logging in you will be able to control every aspect of your e-store.

He says he has made no recent changes...just wanted to add some more products.

Any advice about how to fix this?

As it turned out, this was a database corruption issue. The "Fix MySQL database" function in WHM did the trick. Gotta love that Cpanel!:cool:

I'm not sure, but I haven't heard of loads of people actually using Xcart. you may be the only one, and now are the only one who knows how to fix it. :D
