Results based promotion service?

Does anybody know of a results based promotion service?

i did have a conventional promotion service for my site but the results where less than impresive on their end.

the ideal would be to pay them commision on each sale they generate, but that would be an affiliate scheme. which i do not want to do as it requires more admin time.

any ideas folks?

www.linkshare.com does the best job of running affiliate programs, both for its users and advertisers but I'm not sure of the minimum required.

You may also want to check out www.adbility.com (it lists all the major ad networks and pros and cons from the publisher's standpoint) and work their logic a little sideways, if you will. What's good for the webmaster geese would be good for the advertising gander, since there would be more geese making money for the gander, if you know what I mean, Vern.

What's your current conversion rate? How are any of these services going to improve that number?
