"and care for their clients." I guess that you have not used them for very long.
The Question involved the reliability of the servers. I have had major server issues with them for over 45 days. I have lost over $3K and they refuse to give me anything other than "[Mar 31, 2004 10:19:22 PM]
A: What do you want me to say? The drive failed it is as simple as that. I will move your account once the server has been restored." after 15+ days of waiting for accounts to be moved to a server that might offer a better than 50% uptime. And oh-by-the-way...the 'restore' had all accounts restored about 15 days late from updates, as best I can figure, close to 1 Gig worth. The databases are shot as the new updates get purged weekly. This company will not even offer a credit to my account of even one month. They have no customer satisfaction concerns. Another thing, they have been trying to over-bill my business partner for the last 8 months. We have sent them the entire history of his account and payments, but they will not correct their books. I had to change by billing preferences in Feb. because they tried to bill my credit card 4 times for that month.
George, or Jason, or whoever must either be a joke or an idiot.
We are currently considering a class-action law suit at this point if we find enough complaints. (A hint, we need about 7 more....)
To answer the real question,
Our Internet has the best reseller plans with the best software add-ons that I have ever found: and with that being said; Our Internet does not have reliable servers, ( find on there site where it will promise you reliability) ( I know this because it was a concern with the law-suit,) and the reseller pricing is acceptable.
Feel free to email me for details and all the trouble-tickets we have sent to them... sales@thestoreshop.com They have the "hostsconnect.com" account down. Imagine that.......

I would take the same action if I was you and I lost over 3k. Good luck :fork:
I did considerable research on HSphere hosts last week. This page was useful:
http://www.psoft.net/resellers.php
I was considering Jodohost.com, reseller-center.com and matrixreseller.com
I eventually chose JodoHost because I felt their package offered more economic value primarily because they allow overselling and offer a 3rd platform (VPS besides Windows & Linux). Apart from that, all 3 of these hosts offer the same features
Hope my research benefits other people.

We did have some issues with one of our web servers and are very sorry for the problems faced by you and other that were on that box. We have since fixed the problem and see that you are still with our company. I guess our service was not so bad since you are still using us even after the awful comments in this post. Again we appologize for the problems with that one server and hope you have a better experience in the future.

Was reading your post, and I also had
over-billing issues with HostMatters.com. I also sent them
entire History of this account, and they would not correct their books or the billing. I finally had to stop payment on the VISA and just US mail them check. They switched servers, and lost all the "work tickets". I even sent them copies of their "work tickets" showing where one of their owners, had help delete this one domain, yet they continued to bill me for it. When I refused to pay for a domain I no longer hosted, they shut me down.
Anyway, was just wondering, if you resolved this matter?

Yes, this matter did get resolved and I have had no real complaints lately. The only current issue is a balance due of about $3.00 that stays against my account, but it just rides there. They have added some new servers and everything seems pretty stable. I would feel most comfortable to recomend this company if their current level of service stays as it is.
