The employment/employee requests already has some WHT-esque posts in it. How about limiting it to hourly or fixed-salary offers to keep it relatively professional? That should help keep it serious. The commission-based sales and support "rep" posts would then belong in the related offers forum.

Btw, this wouldn't mean posters would have to state what the salary (range) is, just that there is one.

i had a look through the employment/employee requests forum, and so long as the job is clearly stated and the compensation is clearly stated, I don't really have a problem with the offer. It is my feeling that many sales and technical support jobs (in web hosting and other similar industries) are not offered as hourly or fixed-salary positions.
