Looks good but I would say you might need more BW, make sure you are in order of their TOS, AUP etc... don't want the FBI knocking on your door :) No reason for Unlimited ANYTHING why? Cause there is NO such thing :)

4gb of spce is good for 10 dollars, May I ask who is offering you this? So all I would say is More BW

I would say go for it, but I would still be worried about Bandwidth, I had a client on my server suck up 30gb of bw in a weeks time over one CS film. Just to give you an example how BW can be eaten up in no time.
