Hello,

I'm "pretty" confident using php now and the control panel idea has gone way above me as I don't believe I can do it properly with standard php settings so i'm going onto something "easier" and more my level.

However, i'm not sure what features are needed, so some input please?

Coded in PHP 4 and using MySQL 4. This will be a simple template driven system which will enable a host to manage their client information in one area. It will also enable the client to recieve support and also check helpdesk tickets and invoices and so on in one control panel.

Price: Doubt it will ever come out of beta :csmoking: but if it does will be reason (ie: around $99 mark).

Any features you would like to see in a customer management interface?
What about helpdesk and billing?
What would you like to be able to do? Support what control panels?
What about payment processors?

Some help is very much needed and input would be great. :banana:
