Low end dedicated server needed

Hello,

We need unmanaged dedicated server with following spec:

CPU: 500-1000 MHz
RAM: 512Mb (DDR or PC133, no matter)
HDD: 7 Gb min
OS: Linux, no need in control panels, etc.
2 IP addresses
Good pings for US visitors
No setup fee

For now we need just 20-50 Gb of traffic per month but it should be possible to upgrade it to 100 Gb or more when needed.

Please offer the lowest monthly price possible,
and provide phisical location of the datacenter and test IP for ping.
