I am currently looking for some designers and experienced IT professionals for a new web firm I plan to start up. What this web firm will do is develop corporate identities and techniques to improve sales of their clients. The services we will offer range from a redesign of a website to developing marketing techniques. Our goal as a site would be to improve our clients business. I am nearly positive that this will be a positive venture down the road since other companies out there either, don’t do enough or cost far too much for the average small business.
I am not looking for designers who design “templates” and just sell them for $20 on WHT. What I am looking for are people who develop new, revolutionary designs based on their clients needs and makes that company appeal to their viewers. Some requirements for employment are: 17 years of age, 2-3 years Design/IT experience, Developed portfolio (viewable online), and of course Creativity. Other benefits: Certifications (CCNA, A+, MSCE), College education.
The goal of this site is obviously to grow as a business and provide a quality service. In order to achieve this, I am only interested in people who are dedicated to making this business successful in the long term and investing time into it.
