I take..
Palm m515 w/Internet
SprintPCS SamSung n400 cell phone
I really can't afford a notebook / TabletPC right now :(
I just take my watch... :p:
...and my cell phone. In the past I've also borrowed laptops to take with me when I needed them. I will probably always take my laptop with me when I get one.

I carry my cell with me every. When I'm generally traveling its either real short distances or on vacation so no need. A few times I've taken my laptop with me and worked on some stuff on the way to wherever.

When traveling, I take my cell phone with me. It's actually at my waist 24/7.

Anyone use color cell phone?
My n400 only lasts 17 hours!! :( [colored cell]
I have a Motorola from Nextel.
I have an always-on connection, and I installed an application that sends POP3 mail to my Mobile, works like a champ, once Nextel improves the network around here, it'll be a lot better. I am also connected to AIM with it, which is pretty cool. So I take it everywhere, along with my Blackberry when I am traveling long distance. :)
EDIT: I thought you meant just mobiles like as you Americans would call it 'cell phones'.
I carry my Alienware Area-51 Laptop as well, very cool device, and I have my PDA I got from Dell as well for when I am at the airport/etc. and I have to write down notes.

I take:
- Motorola T720 mobile phone (with GPRS). This also has a built in POP3 client.
- Toshiba laptop.
My mobile phone is on me no matter where I am. The laptop only really accompanies me when I'm travelling, visiting clients, etc.
I'm between PDAs at the moment. I did have a Palm but don't have it anymore. I've been thinking of getting one of those Dell Axims; although the $64 delivery fee is a bit steep.
