This was/is offered at WHT and someone showed interest but they wanted a site that was fully developed, and i dont think they wanted this template.

This will not be resold. However it currently is advertised on multiple forums - it will be first come first serve - and once it is sold - the post will be edited to reflect the purchase.
It also is sliced - by my standards of course, but you get that as well - but i am not guaranteeing it.
