I think Modernbill has this already intergrated, you can do flat fee or percentage.
I'm looking into make my own billing script and that's one of the first things I want to add :D
I don't really know of any others... I'm sure they're around but just hard to find.

^^ Never used any of them but you might find something you like...
Hi
I noticed you use modernbill, We also use Modernbill for our billing system.
We just setup http://www.groundbreak.com for our affiliate program. We have been testing it for about a week and it seems to work great
Does it work with Modernbill Cogimo?
We recently switched to http://www.affiliatetrends.com/
Deb, do you guys provide loans? I need one for $2,995 so I can get that software

Yes, it does, you only need to modify one file and put there the invisible image URL, and that's all :)

Ohh.. $3k for an affiliate script? what does it make it SO special to pay $3k for it? I'm not saying that doesn't worth it, I'm just asking.
Well besides having the features we needed for ourselves and our clients they had service. We were able to communicate easily with them to have adjustments made to the script to further enhance it for our needs, request an assist if needed during the install, and even now we can toss a note or make the call for new features or support etc.
I tend to lean toward products that appear like they will continue to be worked on and that have enough features to cover our needs (we have a number of various types of affilites - client vs non-client, credit vs check pymt, specials vs standard etc), I also depend on open source options. I'm all for free software (we try to release what we can ourselves) but I'm also swayed by the probability that the vendor is going to be around for a bit to address our current and future requirements. A fee-based script provides the vendor with a bit more incentive to continue servicing it.
For a smaller host I'm sure there are a number of products that are low to no cost but for us most of them were lacking in one area or another and we needed a total solution to replace our previous Commission Junction one. AffiliateTrends met our demands and proved to be extremely responsive. For that remain appreciative. The program has not been running very long but so far we've had no client complaints that would cause me to regret the purchase.
Hosting Tip #416 - Your expenses grow right along with the company.
You are looking for an affiliate program for your business. In the case i would reccomend perhaps having one custom built. I can reccomend some great programmers that work for as little as $10/mo for full php/mysql backend development, in the end it pays off, we had one custom built and i havent regretted it for a day, although you may want to start off with a free one and work yourself towards having a program developed.

We use groundbreak's ultimate affiliate. It is relatively cheap $400 for a lifetime of upgrades. Haven't had any problems running it and it is packed with useful features. I.e. affiliate control panel email notifications manual adjustments paypal, modernbill integration etc.

Greetings:
We also started using GroundBreak's Ultimate Affiliate product; my only complaint is that the user interface could be less cluttered and more user friendly.
Thank you.

Hm, gone?
There are a lot of tell-a-friend or recommend us type of scripts. Has anyone used these for an affiliate type of program?
