Does it really work? I'm looking into this but have no idea if this is for real or a scam. Any information on this would help!

I think I read somewhere that this is somewhat questionable. I have only seen one person saying positive things about the service, and he is suspected of being the owner :D.

Any ideas how I would fight a chargeback? PayPal isn't extremely helpful, although a merchant account is a little better it's still a hassle :).

Are you fighting the chargeback as the client or as the merchant? Judging from that site you are the merchant? What kind of help is it that you need?

I have an account with ChargeBackBureau, it's been a great service, and with them keeping us informed of new updates, it's been easy to use. I would recommend, some people question their service, but they've reduced fraud orders locally, and pre-ecommerce by 55%, so I am going to definately keep using them.

how do they work?! i really dont want some thugs going to my ex-clients place and demanding money... i mean, yeah, it would be great if they did.. but you know what i mean ;)
