Yes I can create a duplicate of this for you for US $165.00 (using PayPal) I will start in the morning, about 9 hours from the time of this post and will complete it for you in another 3 - 5 hours. Please reply to confirm this is ok. If you don't want anything that is in the current design then point it out and and also point out if you need any other adustments including your logo included, colors etc. The screen-shots are a bit hard to see completely but I think they should be good enough to get the details needed.

This doesn't include any flash work but I can do that if required at an agreed price.

I have several years experience BTW.
