Just when things seemed too good to be true

Wow, I knew it would never last, but was dreading the day it would come back at me.

So for the past 3 weeks or so, have had many new signups, but literally NO support tickets or emails. It has been a godsend! Been able to catch up on a ton of things I've been putting off, adding some new features, mailing out invoices... ahh, so slow paced and relaxing for once.

Then a few hours ago... WHAM. One customer signs up, and for the past 6 hours, question after question after question... and that is after cpanel for some reason kept creating his account with negative disk space :banghead: :[ argh...

So why does one person have to make up for nearly a month of very calm and easy to handle support. @#)(*@)(#*%)(@#*%

Don't we all go through that at some point in time? I had this one client who was somewhat difficult in the beginning but we pulled all the way through and got 3 accounts under him...:)

So i guess it's all worth it in the end....

Heh, I actually like those kind of customers... they keep me from getting bored :D

Eventually he'll stop asking questions and will be very very grateful to you for teaching him everything.

True... aside from the horrid cpanel incident (that has been reported) he continues to ask every tiny detail on how to restore his phpBB forum. He keeps saying "wow, I have been hosting with my friend on his ADSL win2k box for the past 6 months, this control panel has soooo many features, I'm so confused".

haha, so he is like a kid in a candy store and asking about every tiny little thing, and my head is about to explode. I don't mind getting TTs to keep me from being bored, but wow, this is essentially a chat over email, haha.

But yeah, I'm with chicken, it must be the moon :D
