Redesigned WebmaxHosting

I have redesigned http://webmaxhosting.com to fit the needs of the ever growing demand for a cool looking site :D Please give some feedback so I know what I need to fix :)
P.S: I just got everything done today, hope you like it!

Pretty good. Your logo though really needs to stand out and be clean. It looks smaller than "Welcome" and "News" which aren't as significant, and the gradient blending IMO looks a little off. Also there's a lot of white space in higher resolutions, so I'd change at least the header and the footer tables to 100%

Agree. There seems to be a general lack of visual flow and hierarchy in the current top portion. Just increasing the size of the logo (as was said, whole header needs to be polished a bit), and decreasing the size of the 'News' and 'Welcome' graphics would aid in directing the viewer around the page.

The "Home" "Support" etc are not vertically aligned either. I like the green tint on the server cabnets.
