To Many Viruses?!

Hey all-
I have been getting several viruses on my server via e-mail since the start of my biz. I am wondering why so many are coming. They seem to be coming in a pattern of a day by day kind of thing.. I am wondering if people had simmilar situations..

I seem to get them at the WHT address most often, and less at other addresses. Annoying little wormy things. You're talking about those Klez like ones which invite you to:

"Remove Klez with these removal tools" or
"I made this game, hope you like it!" or
"Check out this free screen saver..." or
"One virus writer's story, part of our official campaign..." -etc.

Funny, I've gotten about 4 emails about a stupid project that earns you money today. They look like virsues. It doesnt even say the companies name not to mention the attachment project.exe is only 47kb. I would bet its a virus.

I've been getting one about every hour at my regular address, and like 5-6 a day at my other 5 address real annoying. Mainly coming from a spoofed addy "jozols@microsoft.com"

Yeah, I have been getting some Really odd viruses, IE The Yaha or something and I got like ten or so. really wierd, mostly comes with *cough*porn*cough* I don't know why, At least I route all of my spam to a diff e-mail. :)

I always check my email with squirrel mail now. Real hard to get a virus on it. But ya.

My main email address, or rather the first email address I really started using on the Net, seems to really only get garbage, and very little actual email (from non-spammer slime). A few people email me at that address, but otherwise I'd like to just turn it off. Anyone have one of those addresses? I thought of switching to web-based email only.

Right now, I only use my ATTBI address in Outlook, all my biz stuff is done in squirrelmail. I love it. Its rock solid.

Well Chicken, I have my main Hotmail account from about 1997 which gets 200-300 spams a day and about 2 people email me there but I don't have my original email address I used because that company went out of business years ago ;)

I typically get 2-3 viruses trying to come in through my email every day. So far (knock on wood) my AV has caught and deleted them all. Of course, that's relative. I get over a hundred emails on any given day. (most SPAM unfortunately)
