Hi.
I'm Robert. I'm 20 years old and currently living in Miami, FL where I attend school and work. I recently closed my hosting company down for health reasons, but have decided that rather than reopening it, I would like to join another hosting firm where my experience can help them grow and will allow me to continue to keep my foot in the hosting industry. At the same time, allow me to recover from my health issues and not have to be concerned with the issues that I had when I ran my own hosting company.
I am currently looking for a tech support position, part time that would pay $1 dollar a ticket that is completed or $50 dollars a month.
I have excellent customer service skills, typing skills and I am very experienced when it comes to cPanel and WHM. I also am a great problem solver, and know how to assist customers in the quickest and easiest way.
I don't have any references, as I've never worked for anyone, but many people on this board and other message boards can vouch for my honesty and hard working skills.
