Please describe your ideal Reseller program. What is most important to you as a potential reseller.

Since I am not a technical guy, I look for companies that are well managed. Are they responsible? Have they been in business for a while? Do they use several datacenters? Those types of things I look for because they indicate that the company has been around the block a few times. It also indicates responsibility, ie. it's not just some kid playing around with his/her first server. I also look for some type of management ability because i want to know that they're going to be there for a while, ie. are they solvent enough to be able to keep making their server payments, etc.

The only way I am able to find providers is on places like this where you can see how well the people who run some of these companies communicate, and how they react and/or cope with problems. I'm fortunate to have found two providers that I currently use for my clients. I am extremely happy with them. I have been with some other companies, and they were not as good, so it is refreshing to find well run companies that are responsive to the needs of their customers, and are technically capable to be able to provide good service and responsible enough to manage and plan for growth.
