Wanted: Cheap Web Host Partner

Hi! I own a webdevelopment and design co. and I'm looking for a webhost who can provide our clients an inexpensive hosting service. I'm paying $36 annually to my current host in Manila, Philippines. This includes:

domain name registration
unlimited email accounts (pop3/smtp/webmail)
Email forwarders
subdomains (not very neccessary)
3 MySQL database
PHP, CGI, Perl, Tcl, C++, MySQL, FrontPage, ApacheASP, SSI
Real audio and video support
own web based control panel
own ftp account.

If we can beat this price, I assure that clients will switch to you :)

And in return, consider our co. as your web development partner and refer clients to us and you can get your comission. I can also offer you our service in exchange of hosting.

Btw, 10mb and 1GB of transfer for $36 a year IMO is expensive.
