First I've heard of it, but I'll check it out when I get back home in couple of hours

I have downloaded it and started playing around. It shows promise. It does not support email piping at this moment which I would like to have. The FAQ/knowledgebase is pretty nice. Oh yeah, it is free.

We use PerlDesk. Yea, it's a perl software which I dread (wish it was php), but it does the job, the first time and our customers love it. No point in changing.

But that helpdesk looks good, especially since it's Php based.

Anyone know of a place that I could find a perldesk demo?

http://www.perldesk.com has a demo up and running. If you're talking about demo software, I think he's removed that now that he's started charging for the product.

Perldesk is the best helpdesk I have ever seem and used.

But due to some of our partners and support staff having problem using it induced by IE6,
we have given up....is a waste!

"interactive", if you need the script, I can send you an email. Let me know about it.

The demo rejects the passwords given... It's really annoying when people log into demos and change the passwords, such a waste of time...

Yes, soon after that happens for the billionth time, the creator generally switches to screenshots which isn't nearly as helpful.

The creator should just disable the password changer in the demo...
