Ok so I am www.xstreamhost.com and have been since 2002.

Now someone starts up www.xstreamhost.net and starts calling them selves xStreamHost, what's up with that? He even used to host with me if I am not mistaken, now that really makes me sick.

should have grabbed the .net .org .biz .us and anything else you could think of.

is the guy with the .net a member here?

We need an internet lawyer amongst us. I have a couple and will contact them to see if they'd be willing to join and help out with some preliminary advice in exchange for something.

I found out he's the guy that never actually hosted with me, he almost did but didin't.

A lawyer could get a ton of business if they started a sort of hosting business auditing company. I talked with a few law students about it.
