ok when i whois nextbids.com i get:

so it shows it is linked to my server but i cant seem to get the domain to work? all of my dns is setup as hostingworksltd.com works fine but i was thinking could it be that as i have ns1/ns2 on seperate ips so my main server ip and that this domain points to the main server ip when i add a name based site.

Hopefully this makes scence.

Is that what you see? It seems to resolve to *a* server, though I don't know if it's resolving to the *correct* server. It resolves to the IP: 69.64.34.247 (which is also the server IP)...

yes that is the correct server. so you get that page when going to nextbids.com ??? as i dont from here. and when i /dns www.nextbids.com i get nothing.
