webmail problem?

Some times when i email from my webmail(neomail) , those emails will be bounced back saying that email box don't exists. When i give the email from my Outlook express they are going.

Where is the problem? My cpanel or receiver server?

So if you send two emails at the same time, one from Outlook, one from webmail(neomail), the neomail one bounces back? And how is it generally sending mail from Neomail? Does anything get out?

First i tried to send the email from my neomail. It bounced back. I tried thru Outlook. It was sent to the person and he replied back also.

The email i sent was bounced back. It says this:

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Aside from that one email, can you send any mail from Neomail to various addresses?

Yes. I am using Neomail regularly to send mail to other email addresses. This happened for first time.:confused:

the error message indicates that it is a problem with the domain address you were sending to and not with the sending from. are you still having problems with anywhere you send to from neomail?
