Exclusive rights means that you aren't going to sell it again? Also, would I own the design? I ask because I plan on modifying it to the point that it really wouldn't look the same, probably using it for the forum (HostHideout) until it is redesigned. I realize I need ownership to do that, but not sure it's included or not.

I actually think they're all very nice for < $200 templates, but I think #1 fits with the current HHO design the most and I'm not looking to re-do everything just yet.

The purchaser of this template may do whatever he/ she wishes to do with it, so therefore, yes, you can modify the template. Any more questions :chicken: ?
