Host needed for Anime site (http://animehouse.uni.cc) (*free hosting*)

I need hosting for my old anime site as soon as possible. It just went down about 2 days ago. It had about 30, 000 page views a day, and uses a ton of bandwidth. It also uses a good amount of space as it hosts a bunch of unsigned anime and manga I would like to try and find a affiliate dedicated server, or one in exchange for one of those google adsense type of things. Here are the specs I need:

15GB space
100GB bandwidth
20 ftp accounts (if possible, I need at least 5 so my friends and I can update the site, becuase my upload is only 15kbps)
1 e-mail account (for contact by the members of my site)
Also I would like some type of control panel, freeBSD, CPanel, whatever

NOTE: If you can offer a dedicated server on some terms or can offer an affiliate program, dedicated server then please pm me.

I can provide it after a week or two of being back in, The site had only been up about a month with around 30, 000 hits a day
