OK im totally stumped.

I Have hostingworksltd.com registered at directnic.com

i setup:

ns1.hostingworksltd.com : 69.64.34.247
ns2.hostingworksltd.com : 69.64.35.100

Both DNS point to 2 Ips on my server

Then i changed the DNS Servers for hostingworksltd.com to them.

I then added hostingworksltd.com into ENSIM ) name-based (

this gave the domain the ip: 69.64.34.247

which is NS1.hostingworksltd.com & My main server IP

I Assume the about address for the ip is wrong?
And that it should not point to that ip?

But i cannot /dns or /ping hostingworksltd.com

Is there something im missing? or that i have left out?

Do i have to add NS1/NS2 anywhere on my server?

I don't know what version of Ensim you are using, but Ensim has *some* support docs on their site. They also have *some* pages which 404, so you may have already looked on their site -but were unable to get the info you needed.

Well

http://www.directnic.com/whois/?query=hostingworksltd.com

Doesn't list any nameservers for your domain.

So that means either 1) you fogot to add them or 2) the system didnt save your settings

Try changing the nameservers for the domain again
