Prev and Next

I read here quite a bit, but haven't posted before. This is really just a nit, but I use the Prev and Next buttons to read different forums. Because the buttons are so small and because I have some nerve damage in my arm, it's hard for me to click on them. Is there any way to make the text clickable as well? Thanks.

Hey Barbara! Now for some Twilightzone. I just noticed those buttons yesterday, was wondering, "Who the heck uses those anyway?" and considered removing them. At the same time I noticed that the text wasn't clickable and thought, if I leave them, the text should at least be clickable.
