They also allow free phone consultation.

I will say that it isn't the quickest process, but it is very thorough, so if you are a perfectionist like me and you want things moved like 1 pixel or whatever, you can, but it will take another 2-3 days before you get another copy to look at. The average design takes about a week, but mine is going to end up being more like 2 weeks.
