Customers like this make it ALL worth it

I have to say that the most satisfying part of web hosting is when a customer is completely overwhelmed in happiness after you've helped them. It is just a great feeling to be able to provide someone a service and have them love you for it.

I was helping this guy out earlier and when I was done he responded:

I'm sure everyone here has these experiences, but it's just great. It makes you want to keep on going.

Yeah, never had a customer quite like that but the e-commerce company I own has quite a few people email us telling how much they appreciate us... of course we're a very niche market too and they probably can't find shoes anywhere else... www.2bigfeet.com/testimonials.php :D

Yes, making a client happy can make the day go by much brighter. The rewards are always higher than if you do not take the time. This is why it amazes me that so many companies (not only in hosting by a long shot) do not put more effort into the area of pleasing the client. Good Job :)

When I first started out with a reseller account back about a year ago, my host was so impolite, so I switched, and that host was impolite, and then I just said... I'm getting my own dedicated server and doing it myself. Both hosts would have kept me if they had just been somehow pleasant to deal with. It's not hard to be friendly!

YEah i know what you mean Spencer, feels great and is most appreciated on your part although i have never been in touch with someone who wants to hump my leg mind! But whatever floats your boat... ;)
