I have to admit, that I know a few people who need to see that too. IMHO, you should be forced to view that before you sign up with an ISP (especially AOL) for the first time. Required.

Good point. Internet license renewal. Though if the gov. is involved, that means more fees, and I just don't think the gov. is taking enough of my money as is for taxes and fees. Pretty soon, instead of a paycheck, I'm thinking that I'll just have to go down and wait in a long line for a gallon of water and a big bag of rice that I'll have to drag back to the farm.

The difference would be that this would only apply to people who do something dumb. Sort of like when they make people with too many speeding violations go to traffic school.
