My associates and I are looking for a dedicated cPanel/WHM server with something similar to or better than the following specs:

Fast Intel/AMD processor (No Celerons/Durons)
512 mb ram
80 gb hard drive
500+ gb monthly bandwidth
Quality bandwidth
cPanel/WHM Unlimited
Low/no setup fee
$100/month max.

Looking for a good deal. Most likely will be a client for a very long time.

Sorry, I have to be Sincere you won't find any Non Celeron/Durons for Less of $100 with Cpanel, If you can get a little more more I can get you a P4 1.7GHz with Cpanel but for $120 :p
