Black list above domains. Those idiots some how listed my website and i had to black list all 202 ranges because of all fake/fraud sign ups. But then i checked refferers and found where those guys are comming from wola!

Just perm black list those websites. Also encorage you to add your own japan/china "host hit list" sites here.

Not sure if this could be done or not but I'd remove them as links here so they can't track them back. The problem then could be that they "black list" HHO or even the URL's of those that visit and post here. Just a thought! :)

Exactly. I don't want them visiting here because their logs point to here and then black listing us because we show our links in our signatures. You can still report on them, just remove the and tags.

We search free webhosting from internet and introduce it to our visiter,it is our droit.
If u donot like proposer who fake/fraud sign ups,u can Denied they register.but donot vent on us.

As far as I can tell, the site merely lists hosts (and a few features of each host). I guess the issue is that the site attracted some errrr... fraudulent visitors, however the site(s) themselves are not promoting fraud, far as I can tell. jgwy is just saying they list sites that anyone could find if they search Google, etc., which I think we can all agree with.

As a provider, you can block areas with high fraud rates, and many providers do this. I can also understand that you simply may not want to service these areas (maybe due to having a hard time properly servicing customers from this area due to language issues, lack of being able to track down fraudulent customers, etc.). Likewise, I could understand that Chinese providers woldn't want to service Amercian clients due to the same reasons.

At the same time however, realize that not everyone from the Far East regions (or the North Amercian regions), is a criminal and there is a whole lotta hosting business to be had in either area. It's up to you if you want to go after it.

have ten or even one hundreds of it
but it is not the real instance
lots of other person are very honesty and conscious
so please don't think that the chinese are all fraud

Thanks to my parents, I am able to read and write Chinese. ;) And from what I saw on jgwy.net, it is apparently a guide or directory of (free) web hosting providers, just as Chicken and member jgwy posted earlier.

True, a lot of *smaller* entities (including a major registrar) "block" orders from certain geographical areas which I think is outrageously stupid. I would recommend starting off with the domestic market which you are more familiar and comfortable with and then extend to jurisdictions with similar legal traditions instead of saying "we're shipping worldwide" but actually blocking this or that country. I agree that language might be one of the problems that contributes to this kind of silly practice, but what makes people think that there are actually more scammers per capita in e.g. Singapore (which GoDaddy blocks) or China?

2072, for someone to say that all Chinese people are criminals is insane. I know people do this and that's a shame because stereotyping a certain group of people would be extremely poor judgment for the person making such a claim.

As with anything else, you will always find those that don't agree with you, like you, or whatever. It's better to ignore those and do what you do best. Also, I'm pretty sure that most anyone is welcome here -- including the Japanese! :)
