How/Where spammers removes yourself from lists/databases?

I have some problems with spammers in our Host1Plus Blog (http://blog.host1plus.com)
So I would like to know possibilities how spammers can remove yourself from some type lists or smth. Look like they remove himselft from taht lists/databases and continue to do its dirty job...Help me understand what lists or other databases are used in these wordpress plugins:

Akismet
WP-SpamFree

I don't think captcha is a good solution. Captchas drive me crazy and I use sites with captchas only if I really, really need something from these sites. Otherwise, I just close browser window.

Moreover, tools like Blog Comment Poster ( http://www.post-comments.com/ ) can bypass a large number of antispam protections easily. So if you run a blog, be ready to spend time moderating and deleting spam comments.

Can I ask are you fat or something, Not to be rude, Captchas can be annoying but they just become the thing of the net unless the captcha is this 王琛宏 then I will enter the word lol...
